This instruction branches unconditionally to a specified address after the next instruction (delay
slot) is executed. The next instruction should be a 1-word instruction other than the block transfer,
branch, TRAPA, RTE, RTE/L, and SLEEP instructions. The displacement is a signed 8-bit value.
The branch destination address can be located in the range from −126 to +128 bytes from this
instruction.
