This instruction takes the two's complement of the contents of the destination location <EAd>
(destination operand) and stores the result in the destination location. If the original contents of the
destination operand are H′80, the result remains H'80 and an overflow occurs. Similarly, if the
original contents are H'8000 or H'80000000, the result remains H'8000 or H'80000000,
respectively and an overflow occurs.
