If a specified bit in the source operand is set to 1, a displacement is added to the program counter
(PC) and execution branches to the resulting address. If the specified bit is cleared to 0, the next
instruction is executed. The PC value used in the address calculation is the start address of the
instruction immediately after this instruction. The displacement is a signed 8-bit or 16-bit value.
The signed 8- or 16-bit displacement is capable of specifying branch destination addresses in the
range from −128 to +126 bytes or from −32768 to +32766 bytes relative to the address that
follows this instruction.
