This command is used to:
The Closed User Group Supplementary Service enables subscribers to form closed user
groups with restricted access (both access to and from).
The CUG supplementary service is described in GSM 02.85. This service is provided on
prior arrangement with the service provider. Subscription options should be selected at
implementation.
