2.13.7.3. Flash Rate Control
This attribute is used to control the flash rate for the full
screen. All the characters on the screen for which flash
is enabled are flashing with same frequency and in
same phase.

Description
Slow flash rate.
The flash rate is derived from display V pulse.
For 50 Hz systems Flash rate is approximately 0.5 Hz.
Duty cycle is approximately 50%.
Medium flash rate.
The flash rate is derived from the V pulse.
For 50 Hz systems Flash rate is approximately 1.0 Hz.
Duty cycle is approximately 50%.
Fast flash rate.
The flash rate is derived from the V pulse.
For 50 Hz systems Flash rate is approximately 2.0 Hz.
Duty cycle is approximately 50%.
