This flag provides information about media activity at slot boundaries (either the end or the beginning of
the current slot). Note that this is not necessarily an error condition, as a semantically valid frame can be
received between the slot boundaries, provided that the idle conditions before and after the frame are
fulfilled.
0 – No media activity detected at slot boundaries.
1 – Media activity detected at slot boundaries.
