RXF1 (Receive F1 Section Overhead Status Register)
The RXF1 register contains the received F1 Section Overhead byte. An F1INT in the SECINT is reported when
this byte changes, if enabled. No integration is performed on this byte, so any change in the received by is
reflected here.
