Bits [23:22] of the scratchpad memory, irrespective whether or
not the RTC alarm interrupt is active
These bits persist throughout brownout
When the RTC alarm interrupt enable is active, this is the upper
BCD digit of the day of the month at which the interrupt should
be activated
When not used as an RTC alarm, these bits can be used as
scratchpad, and persist throughout a brownout condition
When the RTC alarm interrupt enable is active, this is the lower
BCD digit of the day of the month at which the interrupt should
be activated
When not used as an RTC alarm, these bits can be used as
scratchpad, and remain throughout a brownout condition
