Selects luma low-pass filter bandwidth:
00 = Low (~600 kHz)
01 = Medium (~1 MHz)
10 = High (~1.5 MHz)
11 = RESERVED
Selects U/V low-pass filter bandwidth:
00 = Low (~600 kHz)
01 = Medium (~1 MHz)
10 = High (~1.5 MHz)

Sets the slope of the line describing the percentage of chroma
to be used from the comb filter vs the comb filter error. Only
applicable to -24 part.
Range = 0–8.
0 = steepest slope (minimum blend) use with Register 0x49E.
Enables the comb filter to reduce the amplitude of chroma that
was not comb filtered based on the comb filter error. Only
applicable to -24 part.
