This bit is a don’t care if the AUTO_SC_LOCK bit is set.
Signal Input Format
00 = CVBS
01 = Y/C
10 = Y/half-rate C
11 = Y/Pb/Pr
By setting to 1 and then 0, forces the auto-format-detect state
machine to re-evaluate the incoming video format and update
AFD_FMT_STAT accordingly.
0 = The auto-detect state machine operates normally.
1 = The auto-detect state machine soft reset.
The auto-detect state machine is forced back to the INIT state,
and held there until the bit is cleared.
