In 2Mhz RC oscillation mode (OSCM2 = “1”, OSCM0 = “X”, OSCM1 = “X”), supply of OSCLK (high-speed
oscillation clock) is started when 2MHz RC oscillation clock pulse count reaches 2048 after oscillation is enabled
(ENOSC is set to “1”).
