When the module receives an RF packet, it is sent out the UART using this message type.
Example: In the above example, a device with a 64-bit address of 0x0013A200 40522BAA sends
a unicast data transmission to a remote device with payload "RxData". If AO=0 on the receiving
device, it would send the above frame out its UART.
