trigger input.
Used for monitor mode entry.
Crystal or RC oscillator input.
OSC2: crystal oscillator output; inverted OSC1 signal.
RCCLK: RC oscillator clock output.
Pin as PTA6/KBI6 (see PTA0–PTA7).
ADC12: channel-12 input of ADC.
T2CLK: external input clock for TIM2.
