In order to detect SS pin level, it takes 4 fcgck time. Therefore, the master device need to start data tarnsfer
more than 4 fcgck after the slave device SS pin changed to "L" level. Also the slave device with <CHAR>=0
transfer format need to read or write SEDR resister, more than 4 fcgck after SS pin change from "L" level to "H"
level.
