Transmit Address Bytes
Whether the address of a frame is one byte or two bytes in length is indicated by the Mode Register ADM bit. When ADM = 0,
it is one-byte address. The XAD1 functions as command and XAD2 functions as response in accordance with X.25 LAPB
protocol. When ADM = 1, it is a two-byte address. The XAD1 functions as the high byte, and XAD2 functions as low byte.
