Interrupt Request. Requires a 10 KΩ pull-up resistor.
Reset, active low.
I/O power supply. Sets the logic ‘1’ voltage level range of I/O
balls/pins. VCCQ may be either 2.5V to 3.6V or 1.65V to
2.0V. Requires a 10 nF and 0.1 µF capacitor.
Device supply. Requires a 10 nF and 0.1 µF capacitor.
