The USB host controller in the ISP1362 has four USB states: USBOperational,
USBReset, USBSuspend and USBResume. These states define the responsibilities of the
host controller related to the USB signaling and bus states. These signals are visible to
the Host Controller Driver (HCD), the software driver of the host controller, by using the
control registers of the ISP1362 USB host controller.
