The CPC1580 and CPC1590 are high speed Optically Isolated Gate Driver ICs. On-chip circuitry charges an external capacitor
from the AC load voltage which eliminates the need for an external IC power supply. The Driver IC is ideal for low duty cycle switching
applications.
