Overview
ATmega16HVB/32HVB
The Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) allows high-speed synchronous data transfer between the
Atmel ATmega16HVB/32HVB and peripheral devices or between several AVR devices.
When the SPI is not used, power consumption can be minimized by writing the PRSPI bit in
PRR0 to one. See
the PRSPI bit.
