hardware or bus error.
Support 8-byte and 16-byte read length
Returns the 20byte temperature data values for
pin SYSTIN (Pin 104)
Returns the 2-byte temperature data values for
pin CPUTIN (Pin 103)
Returns the 4-byte temperature data values for
both SYSTIN and CPUTIN
Returns the 2-byte voltage data values for pin
VIN0 (Pin 100). This pin should be connected to
+12V power through scaling resistors. Please

5VCC (Pin 12, 48). This pin should be
connected to +5V power directly. Please refer to
