Command to set LED on cycle duration
[LED ON/OFF cycle] is one byte.
Duration of ON cycle = ([LED ON/OFF]-1) *(duration of OFF cycle)
This command is for duration of the session. It can become permanent by “Command to write the setup
values to the EPROM”.
