COM Connector
A 2x5, 0.1”, pin-header provides external connections for the SCI port. Figure 5 below shows
the COM_PORT pin-out.

COM_SEL
The COM_SEL option header connects the MCU SCI port to either the SCI PHY or the USB-
BDM connection. Figure 6below shows the settings for COM_SEL option header

LCD
The TWR-S08 applies a GD-5306P, 2x28 chip-on-glass, LCD connected directly to the target
MCU.
