3.2.3 InSight Adapter (ISA3)
InSight Adapter (ISA3) provides an efficient and configurable Debug Interface to the Development Kit Breakout
Board for processing emulation and debug commands. It also provides an interface to InSight Desktop for
monitoring and managing network data.
