This output pin, along with TXLDATO_N functions as the Transmit Data
Output (from the Transmit STS-3/STM-1 PECL Interface block), to the
Optical Transceiver (for transmission to remote terminal equipment) or to
the system back-plane (for transmission to some other System-Board).
For High-Speed Back-Plane Applications, data is output from these out-
put pins upon the rising/falling edge of TXLCLKO_P/TXLCLKO_N.

Transmit STS-3/STM-1 Data - Negative Polarity LVPECL Output:
This output pin, along with TXLDATO_P functions as the Transmit Data
Output (from the Transmit STS-3/STM-1 PECL Interface block), to the
Optical Transceiver (for transmission to remote terminal equipment) or to
the system back-plane (for transmission to some other System board).
For High-Speed Back-Plane Applications, data is output from these out-
put pins upon the rising/falling edge of TXLCLKO_P/TXLCLKO_N.
