Embedded Flash
There is totally 63 K byte flash embedded in the MPC89x515A. The embedded flash is shared
by the user application program code and the ISP program code.
While the program counter of MPC89x515A is spanning over EBFFh/F3FFh/F7FFh/FBFFh,
the device will fetch its program code from the external memory at once ignoring the /EA pin
status. In that case, it will never fetch the program code from the following embedded flash.
The user can develop the ISP program and put it into the embedded flash that addressed from
EC00h, F400h, or F800h by configuring OR0 [5:4]. Excluding the ISP program.
