Low-Power Modes
The short stop recovery bit, SSREC, in the configuration register controls the oscillator stabilization delay
during stop recovery. Setting SSREC reduces stop recovery time from 4096 CGMXCLK cycles to 32
CGMXCLK cycles.

external crystal.
