Auto-Negotiation message. The ICS1892 supports only IEEE Std 802.3, represented by a value of 00001b
in bits 5.4:0. The ISO/IEC standard defines the Selector Field technologies in Annex 28A. Presently, the
IEEE standard defines the following two valid codes:
Zero, it indicates that the remote link partner has not received the ICS1892 Link Control Word.
One, it indicates to the ICS1892 / STA that the remote link partner has acknowledged reception of the
ICS1892 Link Control Word.
Zero, it indicates that the remote link partner does not have a Link Fault.
One, it indicates to the ICS1892 / STA that the remote link partner detects a Link Fault.
Read by an STA, the ICS1892 returns a logic zero.
Written to by an STA, the STA must use the default value specified in this data sheet.
