the Destination Address (DA) field matches the Source Address (SA) field
in addresses 0x4040 and 0x4044 or if the DA is a Multicast address.
Rx SA Filter ENB: Receive Source Address Filter enable.
0 - No filtering is performed
1 - Frames will be filtered out if the Destination Address (DA) field does
