Upon the receipt of request from TCP/HTTP application, the MultiModem iSMS will respond with the
SMS received based on the filter condition in the request and availability.
Enabling the Non-Polling Mode Receive API disables the Receive API in Polling Mode.
Disabling the Non-Polling Mode Receive API enables the Receive API in Polling Mode provided the API
Ports are configured.
HTTP and TCP Clients can use the configured HTTP and TCP API ports respectively for Receive API
Polling mode request.
