development tool during emulation:

Using the TQFP44 bug-catcher
This emulator kit comes with a bug-catcher—a special device adapter that allows
you to measure each pin signal individually.
This device adapter is connected to the ST7MDTU2-Active Probe and to your
application board in the same manner as an ordinary TQFP44 device adapter
(please refer to the TQFP44 section on
accessible pin connections that allow you to hook an external measuring device
such as a multimeter or an oscilloscope to any or all of the 44 pins. This allows you
to better observe the signal values sent to each pin.
Power (Green)—indicates that the 5 V power supply is ON.
Run (Yellow)—indicates that the ST7 is running (not in RESET, WFI and HALT
mode).
System (Red)—not used with this emulator.
