FUNCTION
Over temperature Shutdown Output. It indicated the VTIN2 or
VTIN3 is over temperature limit.
Voltage Supply readouts from Pentium II .
0V to +5V amplitude fan tachometer input.
Alternate Function: Fan on-off control output.
These multifunctional pins can be programmable input or output.
Fan speed control. Use the Pulse Width Modulatuion (PWM)
technic knowledge to control the Fan's RPM.
Beep function for hardware monitor. This pin is low after system
reset.
