Re-Initialization of the Reassembly Buffer
For re-initialization of the Reassembly Buffer by the microprocessor, the processor has
to set the “mcp_reinit” bit in the “AAL Transmit Reference Slot” in RAM2, wait for 1.5
frames and reset “mcp_reinit”.
