The RXLEVEL register is used to set the threshold for the interrupt that is generated when the receive buffer
is full. The RXFULLCNT register contains the number of bytes that are currently buffered in the receive
FIFO.
RXFULLCNT[5:0]—Receive buffer full level
RXLEVEL[5:0]—Receive buffer level

UTXCON sets the threshold for the interrupt that is generated when the transmit buffer becomes empty. The
TXEMPTYCNT register contains the number of bytes that can still be written to the UART transmit FIFO.
Data can be written to the transmit buffer while this number is non-zero.
TXEMPTYCNT[7:0]—Transmit Buffer Empty Level

This value indicates the number of bytes currently buffered in the receive FIFO buffer. The number of
bytes is between 0 (empty) and 32 (full) bytes.
When the number of bytes in the receive FIFO exceeds the value specified by RXLEVEL, an interrupt
is generated.
This value indicates the number of empty bytes currently available in the transmit FIFO buffer. The
number of free bytes is between 0 (full) and 32 (empty) bytes.
