0: No hysteresis.
1: Hysteresis on.
This field sets the triggering threshold of the BOD50. See Electrical Characteristics for actual voltage levels.
Note that any change to the LEVEL field of the BOD50 register should be done with the BOD50 deactivated to avoid spurious
reset or interrupt.
