The SWITI provides a fully IEEE 1149.1 compatible boundary scan support consisting of:
– a complete boundary scan chain
– a Test Access Port controller (TAP controller)
– five dedicated pins: TCK, TMS, TDI, TDO and a TRST to asynchronously reset the
– one 32-bit IDCODE register

All pins except power supply and crystal are included in the boundary scan. Depending
on the pin functionality one (input), two (output, enable) or three (input, output, enable)
boundary scan cells are provided.
The maximum clock rate at pin TCK is 10 MHz.
