configured as Output,
RST_DONE. To avoid
input/output conflicts, put
a series resistor on this
signal if necessary.
Also, for the ConnectCore
3G 9P 9215, this pin is the
cellular disable output and
should be tied directly to
the CELL_DISABLE_N,
pin X1-14.
