In 16-bit timer mode, be sure to set this bit to “0”. Regardless of the T1RUN value, the Timer 1 counts up
by the Timer 0 overflow signal.
The T1STAT bit is used for indicating “counting stopped”/”counting in progress” of timer 1.
In 16-bit timer mode, this bit will read “0”.
