There are 4 data output standards which are a combination of 525/625 input standards and Normal/
Square pixel format. There are four possible multiples:
For each output standard, the blanking code (Cb = 80h, Y = 10h, Cr = 80h, Y = 10h...) is used in the
active line section during the Vertical Blanking Interval (VBI). (See
