RS-232C
All lines connecting to host computers would have to be RS-232C cable. All oth-
er lines could be RS-422 cable or optical fiber cable, depending on the particular
Host Link Units and Link Adapters used. Note that the host computer on the up-
per right is considered to be in a single-link system with the Host Link Unit direct-
ly beneath it, despite the fact that other Host Link Units connect the same PC to
other host computers.
