Command: $PSTMALMANAC,<sat_id>,<N>,<byte1>,.....,<byteN>*<checksum><cr><lf>
Results: The almanac will stored into backup RAM, no message will be sent as reply.
$PSTMDUMPALMANAC
This command sends out all almanacs stored in the backup RAM.

This command resets the GPS receiver
