8.4 Input Arcing Test Room Temperature
The AC input was connected loosely in a manner so as to generate arcing at the
contacts. The test to demonstrate that the CAPZero does not stay “latched-off” due to the
arcing event and that it properly detects loss of AC power and safely discharges the
X capacitor once the AC is removed.
