Read Sequence Timing Diagram
The proper sequence of reading to the module memory map is shown in the
following timing diagram. The sequence of the four events with PC Write Fin-
ished, TS Read Finished, TS Write Finished, and PC Read Finished must
occur for data to be successfully transferred from the module to the PLC. Any
deviation from this sequence will result in the module setting the Data Trans-
fer Sequence Error Flag. To recover from a Data Transfer Sequence Error
the PLC must assert PC Read Finished.

PLC sets the memory location addresses to be read in Word N+1 Bits
00-07.
PLC resets Word N+1 Bit 08 to indicate a read cycle from the module.

that the address has been written.
When the module has read the address, it sets TS Read Finished, Word
N+3 Bit 14.
Seeing TS Read Finished go high, the PLC resets PC Write Finished.
See PC Write Finished go low, the module resets TS Read Finished.
When the module has retrieved the requested data and placed it in
Word N+2, it sets TS Write Finished, Word N+3 Bit 15.
Seeing TS Write Finished go high, the PLC reads the data from Word
N+2 and sets PC Read Finished, Word N+1 Bit 15.
Seeing PC Read Finished go high, the module resets TS Write Finished.
