6.4.2 A/D Converter Registers
This section describes the bits/functions of the registers which are used by the A/D converter.
6.4.2.1
Special function register ADCON which is is used to set the operating modes, to check the status,
and to select one of eight analog input channels.

Function
Busy flag
This flag indicates whether a conversion is in progress (BSY = 1). The flag is
set by hardware during an A/D conversion and cleared by hardware when the
conversion is completed.
A/D conversion mode
When set, a continuous A/D conversion is selected. If cleared during a running
A/D conversion, the conversion is stopped after current conversion process is
completed.
Bits MX2-0 are used for selection of the analog input channels.The analog
inputs are selected according to the following table :
