When bit 4 of CTR3 is enabled, the flow of the demodulation sequence is altered. 
The third edge makes T8 active, and the fourth and fifth edges are captured. 
The capture interrupt is activated after the fifth event occurs. This mode is useful for 
capturing the carrier duty cycle as well as the frequency at which the first cycle is 
corrupted. See
