These bits set the attack time of the Automatic Gain Control when the input signal is AM.
These bits set the decay time of the Automatic Gain Control when the input signal is AM. The decay time should
always be much slower than the attack time. Best results are obtained if the same value is written to both the attack
and decay registers.
