Using a positive supply voltage
Although the TZA3019 has been designed to use a single
taken with respect to RF transmission lines. The on-chip
signals refer to the various V
transmission lines will most likely be referred to the

system ground. The RF signals will change from one
reference plane to another when interfacing the RF inputs
and outputs. A positive supply application is very
vulnerable to interference with respect to this point. For a
successful +3.3 V application, special care should be
taken when designing the PCB layout in order to reduce
the influence of interference and to keep the positive
supply voltage as clean as possible.
