The SAA7191B is a digital multistandard colour decoder
suitable for 8-bit CVBS input signals or for 8-bit luminance
and 8-bit chrominance input signals (Y/C).
The SAA7191B is down-compatible with SAA7191. The
SAA7191B has additional outputs RTCO, GPSW0 and
ODD. These new outputs are in high-impedance state
when NFEN-bit = 0.
