When bit 4 of CTR3 is enabled, the flow of the demodulation sequence is altered.
The third edge makes T8 active, and the fourth and fifth edges are captured.
The capture interrupt is activated after the fifth event occurs. This mode is useful for
capturing the carrier duty cycle as well as the frequency at which the first cycle is
corrupted. See
