threshold in bytes for Port 0. The values are:
000 - 64 Bytes
001 - 128 Bytes
010 - 256 Bytes
011 - 512 Bytes
100 - 768 Bytes
101 - 1544 Bytes
110 & 111 - Reserved
When the Port is in Streaming mode and the Egress FIFO reaches the
programmed threshold, an indication is sent to the associated
Configurable MAC block to transfer the Port’s Packet Data across the
Ethernet interface.
