Setup and Installation
Starting A Session

This section provides a sample session and introduces the user to some of
the features of the Z02215 Modem Evaluation Board.
The AT command set enables the user to control and test all the features
of the ZILOG modem. Refer to Chapter 3, “Using the AT Command Set”,
for more details on individual AT commands that are needed for special
configurations.
The sample session is an example of the common application of dialing
into a remote computer. In this session the user dials into a remote Bulle-
tin Board Service (BBS) using the Z02215 Modem Evaluation board.
Please obtain a local BBS phone number or contact modemsup-
[e-mail] to obtain an active phone number. For example, the
Bytecraft Limited, Canada BBS number is: 519-888-7626.
The Z02215 Modem Evaluation Board has been factory preset (
originate a call in the 2400-bps data mode.
